Cancellation Policy

Ten or more days before your trip, receive a full refund.

For guided trips 24 hours before, receive a 50% refund or a 100% voucher.

Cancel the day of the trip and receive a 100% voucher.

For all trips, no-shows are non-refundable. Even though you are not going on the trip we still have to pay guides, office staff, and drivers as well as deal with lunch that we prepared for your group.

A trip held with a credit card that is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation will result in full store credit toward a future trip. The missed trip will be charged in full to the card on file with River and Earth Adventures, Inc. Call us TOLL FREE 866 411 RAFT or LOCAL 828 963 5491.
